Accommodation bookings run through our reservation system on our website. Activities and rentals are booked here on the site and paid at checkout, so your spot is held before you arrive. Reservations can also be made by phone at (873) 660-1881.

Please see our Cancellation Policy for our full cancellation policy on accommodations and activities. Here's a quick summary:

Accommodations:

• More than 7 days before your booking date: 80% refund or you can move your reservation to a later date free of charge (1 time);
• Less than 7 days before your booking date: no refunds or store credits / reservation can be moved for a 50% fee.

Activities and rentals:

• More than 96 hours before the tour date: 10% cancellation fee / or you can move your reservation to a later date free of change (1 time);
• Between 96 and 48 hours before the date: 50% refund or 30$ fee to move your reservation to a different date (1 time);
• Less than 48 hours before the tour date: no refunds or 50% fee for moving your reservation.

Quiet time is between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. We ask that guests be respectful of other campers after this time.

Sorry, no.  Due to many invasive species, we do not allow wood from outside the park. We have wood for sale at very reasonable prices.

Yes, except for glamping sites. They must be on a leash and poop and scoop rules apply at all times. Pets are not allowed inside the glamping tents on site.

Any pet deemed aggressive or with undesirable behavior (ex: excessive barking); you may be asked to leave the park without compensation. The customer is responsible for the behavior of their pet and must ensure the tranquility of their neighbors. Your pet must be on a leash at all times and must not enter prohibited areas, such as the beach, washrooms, etc.

Glamping tents have a two-night minimum stay on weekend dates (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Campsites, RV and vanlife spots have no minimum.

Every guest staying Saturday night gets a complimentary pancake breakfast on Sunday morning. This runs from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Bar & Restaurant area.

Yes. There's a bar and restaurant on the grounds (open at select times), as well as a small campground store with select essentials at the Visitor Center.

On Friday night's, we have our Friday Pizza Nights where you can order delicious pizza at our Bar & Restaurant. Guests staying Saturday night get a complimentary pancake breakfast on Sunday, and you can add a BBQ lunch to any axe throwing session or river descent adventure.

Yes. All smoking and vaping must be done in our designated areas (please ask staff) in order to be respectful of all guests. Smoking is not permited at the camp sites or in the glamping tents. Outside alcohol is permitted on site, except for the communal area (axe throwing range, washrooms and showers, bar and restaurant area, the beach, etc.). Alcohol can be purchased at our bar (those drinks can be consummed anywhere on property). Please contact us for any questions.

Yes. All campground guests receive 10% off activities and rentals, including the lazy river descents, axe throwing, equipment rentals, and guided tours. Discount code will be available in your confirmation email.

No. However, there is a municipal boat launch nearby on the Ottawa River. Boats must be washed before going in the river. Please contact us fo any questions.

Yes. Communal washrooms and showers are within walking distance of every site, and all guests have access to the campground facilities.
